- Understand user needs for proprietary and non‑proprietary products.
- Define and evolve the product vision while documenting requirements through clear user stories.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on value, technical considerations, and business priorities.
- Oversee development phases in collaboration with developers, design teams, and QA.
- Analyze needs for new solutions related to service workflows.
- Coordinate the integration of multiple software products.
- Manage external vendors involved in product development when required.
- Produce and maintain documentation covering workflows and solution specifications.
- Monitor software development trends and propose improvements.
- Perform related tasks as required.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in product management within software development.
- Proficiency with Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of business analysis and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills in French and strong English proficiency.
- Ability to write and analyze user scenarios.
- End‑to‑end project lifecycle understanding.
- Strong decision‑making, accountability, and analytical thinking.
- Autonomous, resourceful, and initiative‑driven.
- Team‑oriented communicator.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working under pressure.
- Strong planning, organization and customer‑focused mindset.
Assets
- PSPO certification.
- Project management experience.
- Programming knowledge.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
- Background in media or entertainment, particularly dubbing.
