Today, I'm recruiting for a Level 2 IT technician for one of my wonderful clients located in Ville Saint-Laurent. The position is temporary for 6 months, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent afterward. There is also occasional travel to northern Canada.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to teaching and administrative teams.
- Participate in the drafting of technical procedures and guides.
- Contribute to the deployment of new technological solutions.
- Conduct field visits to support regional institutions.
- Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support.
- Fluency in French and functional English.
- Ability to work in remote areas; open to frequent travel.
- Knowledge of Mac OS, SCCM, and Office 365.
- Service-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable.
