The IT Support Coordinator is responsible for overseeing technical support activities within the organization. Key responsibilities include:

Technical Support Management: Supervise the support team to ensure effective user assistance.

Incident Tracking: Ensure quick resolution of technical issues and maintain thorough follow-up on support requests.

Process Improvement: Analyze incident trends to suggest improvements to existing procedures.

Training and Documentation: Develop user guides and train staff on IT tools.

Technology Watch: Stay up to date with technological developments to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Technical Skills

English proficiency is required for this position for the following reasons:

Communication with English-speaking users and clients: You will regularly interact with them in both French and English, verbally and in writing.

Collaboration with English-speaking partners: You will be required to work with English-speaking suppliers and partners.

Recruitment Process:

First interview via Teams with a Fed IT consultant.

Second interview directly with the client, following the job presentation.
