My name is Romane, recruitment and business development advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.

I am looking for a financial analyst/management control for my client, a group in the construction sector. This is a permanent position in Sainte-Julie.

Under the direction of the Vice President of Finance, you
lead a dedicated team playing a crucial financial role in ensuring the group's profitability in harmony with the operational teams.

More specifically, you will be called upon to:
 Prepare precise raw and management results by sector of activity.

 Analyze actual results against budget, forecast and
trends, identifying and explaining variations, and examining
complex issues such as additional margins, to be presented to the
high direction.

Ensure a monthly detailed analysis of current projects, ensuring the
compliance with governance rules, completeness of invoicing,
control of planned project costs, schedules and risks, with
mitigation recommendations.

 Collaborate with business managers to prepare budgets and
quarterly forecasts, ensuring their realism and providing
appropriate explanations.

 Develop cash flow projections for projects.

 Ensure the understanding and evolution of performance indicators
operational.

 Support automation, continuous improvement and promote financial best practices and processes in support of the Group's strategic objectives.

 Establish and maintain good relationships with partners and customers.

 Participate in the modeling of sporadic investment projects.

 Provide support during annual audits and various corporate files.

Requirements :

 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial project monitoring.
 Strong aptitude for information technologies (multi-ERP, Power BI, Office).
 Demonstrated leadership and training skills.
 Experience with Procore would be an asset.
 Strong business acumen with strong technical and analytical knowledge (micro and macro).
 Experience designing processes to support strong controls
internal.
 Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines with a number of competing demands.
 University degree in finance or accounting.
