I'm Caroline, Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.

I'm looking for a Financial Analyst - Princing and Profitability for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent hybrid position.

- Contribute to the definition and implementation of pricing strategies in collaboration with the relevant teams, based on accurate analyses of costs and market developments.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data related to costs and margins in order to set optimal, competitive, and profitable prices.
- Perform simulations to measure the impact of pricing changes on financial results and guide decisions.
- Prepare summary reports incorporating cost-price analyses and strategic recommendations to maximize profitability.
- Actively participate in the implementation of targeted actions to improve financial performance through pricing adjustments.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key indicators related to price management.
- Ensure efficient use of financial systems and contribute to their continuous optimization.
- Guarantee the reliability and consistency of financial data transmitted.

- Higher education in management, finance, accounting, or a similar field; professional certification is a plus.
- Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in financial analysis and cost management, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Advanced expertise in Excel; knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
- Ability to interpret complex data and propose appropriate solutions.
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Rigorous, organized, and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English to interact with multicultural teams.
