Hello, I'm Bianka, Senior Team Leader at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll. I handle both temporary and permanent recruitment in the Greater Montreal area.

Your tasks at a glance
You consolidate our various business segments, spread across multiple legal entities, on a monthly basis using the Vena solution.
You prepare and analyze the balance sheet and cash flow statement.
You participate in the interim and year-end audit process.
You prepare the notes to audit financial statements.
You create and improve ad-hoc analysis using Power BI and Vena Solutions.
You participate in the development of the annual budget.
You prepare the required documentation for quarterly reports to the board of directors and other external users.
You prepare quarterly financing compliance report.
You prepare monthly consolidated financial results, including analysis and official reporting to various stakeholders.
You oversee the accounting transactions related to minority shareholders.
You make sure all transactions are recorded following ASPE, and prepare accounting memos for special transactions, or current processes.
You ensure the proper accounting of acquisitions in the consolidation process.

A clear view of your assets
You hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline and a CPA designation.
You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the industry and/or in a complex multi-company environment.
You are fluent in French and can also communicate in English, enabling you to interact with unilingual English-speaking colleagues outside Quebec.
You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and/or Power BI and/or Vena Solutions (Asset).
You have great skills at multi-tasking and adapting to changing needs of the organization.
