I'm Caroline, Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for a Credit Manager for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent hybrid position.
- Oversee and optimize operations related to credit and accounts receivable management.
- Provide strategic expertise in credit analysis, approval, and monitoring.
- Update policies and processes to ensure efficiency and risk control.
- Oversee the management of limits, sensitive files, and situations requiring legal intervention.
- Work closely with internal teams, particularly sales, to support business objectives.
- Produce required reports and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the performance and quality of the credit portfolio.
- Solid experience in commercial credit and team management.
- Ability to analyze risks, make informed decisions, and optimize practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Highly rigorous, able to prioritize, adaptable, and autonomous.
- Proficiency in IT tools and bilingualism required.
