I'm looking for a billing clerk for an agricultural company in Repentigny.
Your duties will be to:
-Analyze transactions with reference to contracts and amendments
-Accurately complete invoicing for various projects
-Report irregularities and take corrective action
-Closely monitor accounts receivable
-Ensure quality customer service
-Collaborate with various stakeholders
-All other tasks related to the position
Your profile:
-AEC, DEP or DEC in administration or accounting
Fluency in spoken and written French and English for daily interaction with English-speaking customers (a strong asset)
-Proficiency in Office suite (especially Excel)
-Attention to detail, critical judgment, ability to synthesize and analyze information
-Proactivity, diligence, autonomy and rigor
-Team spirit, sense of priorities
-Relevant billing experience desirable (at least 1 year)
-Knowledge of Acomba and IPSO systems (assets)
