My name is Caroline, and I am a recruitment consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and understands your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.
I am looking for an Assistant Controller for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent, on-site position.
- Manage the processing of supplier invoices and ensure their compliance.
- Perform reconciliations (credit cards, accounts) and electronic payments.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Participate in monthly closings (account analysis, journal entries, reports).
- Support audits and contribute to the improvement of accounting processes.
- DEC or BAC in accounting, administration, or a related field.
- Rigorous, reliable, and respectful of confidentiality.
- Good at managing priorities and organized.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Initiative and willingness to learn in a structured environment.
PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Advisor, followed by an interview with the Human Resources Director.
