My name is Romane, recruitment and business development advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of financial experts speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.

I am looking for an Accounts Payable Technician for my client, a company in the pharmaceutical sector. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode in Boucherville.

What you will do on a daily basis:
* Participate in the monthly professional allocation process for clients (pharmacies);
* Import and validation of files received from wholesalers (English required for certain customers outside Canada);
* Validation and adjustment of rate calculations;
* Support for payment requests and ensure compliance (English required for communications in English with internal and external clients outside Canada);
* Respond to various requests from representatives, directors, clients and other key partners (English required for communications in English with internal and external clients outside Canada);
* Carry out various analyzes and all other related tasks on a regular basis (communication in English with various partners outside Canada).

You stand out thanks to the following skills:
* Ability to manage priorities, demonstrate good judgment and discretion;
* Ability to work independently, in a team and with great rigor;
* Be able to manage more files on a regular basis and have a good sense of organization;
* Communicates with ease both orally and in writing.

What you bring:
* DEC in administration or any other professional training or equivalent experience;
* Hold a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar position;
