My name is Fiona, and I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for a Financial Analyst for a company in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent hybrid position in Brossard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process high-volume invoices and credit notes while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
* Perform 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice) and resolve discrepancies with internal stakeholders and vendors
* Reconcile vendor accounts and support month-end accruals and reporting
* Coordinate payment runs and ensure timely disbursements
* Maintain vendor master data and support internal/external audits
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
Qualifications:
* Diploma or degree in accounting or finance
* 3-5 years of AP experience, preferably in a shared services or manufacturing environment
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
* Experience with Medius is a strong asset
* Bilingual (French/English) preferred
