Your responsibilities :
* Record invoices and manage accounts payable;
* Prepare and assemble monthly financial statements;
* Process supplier payments;
* Handle invoicing and follow up on accounts receivable;
* Record and track customer payments;
* Reconcile all accounts for each client;
* Open new customer and supplier accounts;
* Perform bank reconciliations;
* Submit GST/QST government remittances;
* Assist with month-end and year-end journal entries;
* Prepare delivery notes for shipments to clients (Sales Orders);
* Receive and record incoming products into inventory;
* Perform any other related tasks.
College diploma (DEC) in Accounting;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with suppliers and clients in Western Canada and the U.S.;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
Team player with a high level of adaptability;
Demonstrated autonomy, quick learner, attention to detail, and strong work ethic;
Knowledge of Sage 300 (Accpac) is an asset.
