Job Description
- As per the Care Plan-assist residents in:
- dressing
- bathing/showering
- eating
- toileting
- transferring
- mobility
- preparing breakfast according to the posted menu and resident preference
- Assumes responsibility for the maintenance of patient programming/rehabilitation in groups or individually
Communicate changes in a patient’s functional status as related to individual or group programming.
Requirements prior to interview:
Criminal Record Check - dated within 6 months of present date
HCA or approved equivalent certification
Registered with HCA Registry
TB Screening Record/Immunization Record/ Covid vaccination proof
Permanent Residency / Work Permit (Social Insurance # starts with a (“9”)
