Contract Opportunity – Cleaning Subcontractor

To support our expansion, we are currently looking for reliable Cleaning Subcontractors to collaborate with us.
Scope of Work
The subcontractor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within the assigned premises while meeting our quality standards.
Schedule:
- Frequency: Monthly (except January) – Regular wash (Floor VCT)
- Includes: 1 annual scrub and strip

Main Responsibilities:
- General commercial cleaning tasksDust furniture
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial cleaning
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Must have own cleaning equipment and supplies (if applicable)
- Must be registered as an independent contractor (business number required)
- Liability insurance required
