We are looking for highly motivated individual to fill the Integrity Governance Project Manager role. The incumbent will lead and manage key Integrity and Risk-related projects, ensuring centralized reporting, tracking, and high standards for deliverables. What You Will Do:

  • Lead project management efforts for Integrity and Risk-related initiatives across Canada and US utilities, ensuring centralized reporting, tracking, and executive-level updates

  • Develop and communicate strategic messages to stakeholders regarding project status and progress

  • Organize cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, presentation materials, and track action items

  • Lead reporting for integration efforts and continual improvement

  • Ensure department deliverables align with quality requirements by implementing best practices and conducting thorough quality reviews

  • Coordinate training, contracts and agreements for the Integrity & Risk team

  • Support KPI and performance metrics tracking and reporting

  • Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities to increase program awareness and knowledge

  • Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external committees

  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and enhancement of the Integrity program, tools, and methodology

Who You Are:

  • Post-secondary graduate in related program and/or equivalent work experience required

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, demonstrated work ethic, attention to detail, flexibility with outstanding follow-through and follow-up

  • Strong knowledge of GDS assets (storage, utilization, distribution, transmission, facilities)

  • Strong interpersonal skills including building consensus, negotiation and facilitation

  • Extremely organized and strategic thinker

  • Demonstrates initiative and motivation to act with limited direction

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects at one time and meet defined timelines

  • Ability to influence without authority

  • Ability to think one step ahead, set priorities, prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

This is an office-based role with occasional travel (up to 15%)

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to work in tight spaces

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
