We are looking for a Senior Advisor to join our Liquids Pipeline (LP) Asset Registry team! The primary focus of this role is to lead the stewardship of the engineering data repository for LP assets. You will be accountable to understand the LP business unit’s data needs to improve and maintain the integrity of the Asset Information Management (AIM) owned asset repository. In addition, this role will be constantly collaborating with diverse team members throughout the organization to ensure data requirements are met and to maintain high-quality data that supports effective decision-making and work management planning.

What You Will Do:

  • Display a deep understanding of LP customers' data needs for MAXIMO, Meridian, EMap, and Oracle platforms.

  • Determine the optimal methods for organizing LP’s asset registry data in MAXIMO and actively influence Enterprise to adopt data structures that effectively meet LP's needs.

  • Facilitate integration of information between applications (MAXIMO, Meridian, EMap, and Oracle) to create a seamless flow of data so that users can access comprehensive and up-to-date information without having to switch between multiple systems.

  • Collaborate with collaborators to find opportunities for data-driven insights and improvements

  • Identify key opportunities for improvement based on data analysis, and develop well defined arguments to capitalize on opportunities requesting resources and funding when needed

  • Lead projects involving data improvement for AIM data repositories while managing budget, schedule, and external resources where applicable

  • Build and update standards and work instructions to ensure the seamless transfer of asset information.

Who you are:

  • Completion of post-secondary University degree related to project management or data analysis

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the pipeline industry focused on operations, asset management, database systems, and analytics

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • In depth knowledge of Enbridge specific implementation of MAXIMO

  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel

  • Experienced with reading engineering drawings (P&IDs, flow diagrams, one-line drawings)

  • Excellent customer service focus with strong prioritization and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in machine learning fundamentals

  • Engineering university degree or equivalent experience considered an asset

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.

  • Less than 10% of travel is required. Valid passport is required.
