What You Will Do:

• Lead pipeline and terminal planning and drive the development and implementation of optimization initiatives and projects in order to increase system throughput, efficiency, and reliability.

• Apply a broad understanding of technical aspects of pipeline design and operations to drive safe, optimized solutions out of a multidisciplinary group of stakeholders.

• Assess the feasibility of commercial requests and develop ideas into solutions for execution (scope screening, triages, etc.).

• Provide recommendations on complex business and technical problems to drive decision-making.

• Conduct risk assessments for proposed new projects and operational changes.

• Offer and execute upon ideas for continuous improvement of tools, processes and standards.

• Employ technology to enhance business processes and team efficiency.

Who you are:

• Hold a university degree in Engineering.

• A registered member with APEGA as a P.Eng. in the Province of Alberta.

• Possess a minimum of 4 years of progressive experience, preferably in oil & gas or the pipeline industry.

• You are a team player who exemplifies accountability and self-motivation.

• Organized and proficient in communication, ensuring smooth interactions within and outside the team.

• Exhibit outstanding stakeholder management skills, using influence and teamwork across diverse groups.

• Ability to blend operational and/or engineering expertise while navigating ambiguity, showcasing resilience, and persistence.

• Exercise decisiveness and prioritization, driving recommendations and decisions that yield results.

• Possess a strategic mindset that can envision the big picture, proactively shaping future outcomes, and challenge typical norms

Working Conditions:

• Office environment.

• Less than 5% of travel is required. Valid passport is required.
