We’re looking for a Commercial Business Applications Analyst to support our GTM-wide commercial outage management processes. In this role, you’ll help ensure outage planning data, tools, and reporting are accurate, up to date, and useful for decision‑making across our Canadian and U.S. gas transmission systems.

You will work closely with outage planning teams, operations, engineering, and commercial stakeholders to support continuous improvement, risk identification, and efficient execution of thousands of annual outages.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain and enhance outage management tools (Excel, Power BI) to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and early identification of risks or changes to the outage plan.

  • Maintain knowledge of the end‑to‑end commercial outage management process and help manage associated governance documents and programs.

  • Support the development, testing, and enhancement of commercial business applications and reporting tools.

  • Conduct periodic QA/QC and analysis on outage plan data and collaborate with teams to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Support change‑management activities for new tools or processes to ensure alignment and consistency across internal stakeholder teams.

  • Manage team SharePoint content and documentation and identify opportunities for collaboration improvements.

  • Prepare and distribute content for meetings and leadership reporting.

  • Contribute to a strong culture of safety and uphold Enbridge’s values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Inclusion.

  • Collaborate daily or weekly with: Asset Integrity, Core Programs, S&R, Region & Area Operations, Engineering Services, Gas Control, Commercial Operations, and Major Projects. You may also support occasional reporting for GTM leadership and external audiences.

Who You Are:

You Have:

  • A related university degree and 4+ years of experience, OR 6+ years of relevant experience.

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while delivering high‑quality work.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to organize, analyze, and present complex information clearly.

  • Strong business judgment when preparing leadership materials.

Preferred:

  • Systems‑thinking mindset.

  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, SQL).

  • Strong experience with Power BI dashboards.

  • Strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint capabilities.

  • Experience supporting organizational or process change.

Work Conditions:

  • Office‑based role with occasional, infrequent visits to operating locations.
