If so, we are seeking an Advisor, Residential Sales who will engage with the residential new construction market to provide reliable and affordable energy solutions.In this role you will play a crucial role in understanding the residential development market’s needs and opportunities for natural gas and advocating that Enbridge be part of that solution. If this is you come join the Enbridge family, apply today!What will you do?Drive natural gas attachment sales results by developing business cases, creating compelling sales presentations, and advocating for the continued use of natural gas through Enbridge as a valued partner of choice.Identify and execute strategies that maximize natural gas equipment load growth.Provide outstanding customer service to builders and developers within the assigned territory and to serve as a concierge on all issues, challenges or opportunities as they arise.Coordinate large development projects and initiate pre-project launch meetings with the appropriate internal teams.Provide outreach, training and education to the residential new construction market on new systems, policies and procedures as they arise.Provide accurate and timely market outlooks, forecasts and recommendations to implement annual sales forecasts for assigned regional territories.Manage the relationships with the local Home Builder Associations within your designated regional territory and execute on membership and annual sponsorship opportunities.Support the Regional Construction teams by providing market intelligence, industry and customer trends, purchasing behaviors and other relevant information to help advise product positioning and go to market strategies.Represent Enbridge at external events such as conferences, symposiums, and trade shows.Prepare presentations and serve as the presenter/speaker at key events upon request.Who you are:You have the following education and skills:University degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies or Engineering) and 4+ years of directly related experience in B2B Sales, Customer Satisfaction/Care and marketing strategy.Strong understanding of the new construction markets.Knowledge of the energy transition and the impact on residential new construction.Customer satisfaction and result focused.Proven ability to lead, initiate and manage change, be innovative, problem solve and think strategically.Analytical skills with an ability to work under pressure, prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting target dates.Strong communication, and negotiation skills; experience in successful conflict resolution and leading multi-stakeholder projects.Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite i.e. EXCEL, WORD, Access, PowerPoint,Comfortable with advocating for natural gas.Experienced public speaker and presenter.Preferred:Related demand side management or conservation industry experience.Familiarity with building codes and standards.Potential experience with municipal governments.Working Conditions:Regular visits to customer facilities, job sites and some overnight travel, mainly within Ontario, is required.
