Are YOU our next Marketing Manager?
As the Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in developing and executing strategic B2B and B2C marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and elevate Dynacare’s brand presence at our LHSC locations. You'll leverage customer insights to craft integrated campaigns that reinforce our brand positioning and drive measurable results across multiple channels. In this role, you'll also be the guardian of our brand standards nationwide overseeing signage, build standards, and fixtures to ensure every Dynacare physical location delivers a consistent, cohesive, and high-quality brand experience.

How YOU will make a difference:
  • Oversee brand execution across Dynacare’s national locations, ensuring alignment with brand standards in signage, build specifications, and environmental branding for new builds, renovations, and relocations.
  • Lead the development and implementation of location-specific marketing initiatives, including signage updates, fixture rollouts, and other on-site brand experiences that enhance customer engagement and support
  • business goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders-including Real Estate, Facilities, and Operations-to ensure timely and consistent brand integration throughout all physical environments.
  • Provide ongoing brand support to operational locations, responding to signage requests, coordinating updates, and maintaining consistency across all branded materials and touchpoints.
  • Manage project timelines, creative assets, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution for all location-related marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee team budget and manage monthly financial tracking, including maintenance of budget spreadsheets, reconciliation of expenses, and ongoing liaison with the Finance team to ensure fiscal accountability and
  • alignment with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as signage vendors, fabricators, and design agencies, to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and project timelines.
  • Support internal teams with brand guidance and documentation related to physical locations, including signage standards, design templates, and best practices.
  • Create and update Dynacare brand assets as required, including requisitions, brochures, and other supporting materials to meet evolving business and location needs.
What YOU bring to the role:
  • University Degree in marketing, communications or equivalent (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years in marketing or brand management, with experience overseeing signage, build standards, and brand execution in locations.
  • Strong project and vendor management skills, with proven ability to lead location-based initiatives across multiple sites.
  • Experience managing budgets, maintaining financial spreadsheets
  • Understanding of brand standards and consistency across physical spaces and materials.
  • Experience in regulated industries or the Canadian health and wellness market is an asset.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to assess market needs, customer requirements, and brand application best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is an asset.
  • Strong negotiating, interpersonal and managerial skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills to succeed within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to organize and lead marketing and cross functional meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Working Conditions:
  • Normal office environment
  • Travel may be required (10-30%, dependent on employee location)
  • Prolonged sitting with 80% of time viewing computer screen
