Your role as a Senior at Deloitte will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits by applying Deloitte’s audit innovations and methodology - you’re not just reading numbers, you’re understanding them.

You are someone that:
- Has 2-3+ years of relevant professional experience in Audit.
- Has or is actively working towards the CPA designation.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and strong analytical skills to interpret insights, challenge assumptions, identify risks and ask insightful questions.
- Possesses a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and innovation.
- Is interested in becoming a business advisor to clients by building strong relationships, understanding their business priorities, and bringing forward insights that create value beyond the audit.
- Demonstrates curiosity and an innovative mindset by embracing evolving methodologies to enhance audit quality, improve efficiency, and create greater value for clients.
- Demonstrates adaptability and resilience in an evolving environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $97,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people. We regularly benchmark across a variety of positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels. Along with a competitive base salary and variable pay opportunities, we offer a wide array of initiatives that differentiate us as a people-first organization.
