D365 Business Analyst / Solution Specialist

We are actively seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Senior Solution Specialist / Solution Specialist on 1-year fixed term, you will help organizations maximize the value of their Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 investments by bridging business needs with technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, analyze and document requirements, drive solution design and configuration, and support the successful implementation and adoption of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities. Leveraging your expertise in business process transformation, you will identify opportunities for optimization, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and ensure solutions align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements aligned with organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and process reviews to identify current and future business needs.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend process improvements.
• Configure and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Support testing, training, and user acceptance activities.
• Assist with change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Recommend enhancements to maximize value from Dynamics 365 investments.
• Stay current on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and industry best practices.

You will be part of a collaborative and high-performing digital transformation team focused on helping organizations modernize their business processes through Microsoft cloud technologies. The team works closely with clients, business leaders, solution architects, and technology specialists to deliver innovative, business-driven solutions that improve operational effectiveness, employee experiences, and customer outcomes. Through a culture of continuous learning and teamwork, the team helps organizations successfully navigate change and realize measurable value from their technology investments.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
