We’re looking for a confident, organized, people‑first Branch Administration Lead who can take ownership of branch administration and help power essential services that protect communities across Nova Scotia.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the Admin Function With Confidence - Guide the branch administrative team, set expectations, and ensure work orders, invoicing, reporting, and documentation are accurate and on time.
- Own the Operational Flow - Manage work orders, sales order support, inventory control, and purchasing — keeping projects and service work moving without bottlenecks.
- Keep the Branch Organized and Ahead of Schedule - Prepare reports, correspondence, project files, and business documents that support smooth operations and strong customer service.
- Be the Hub of the Branch - Support sales, estimating, operations, and technical services — you’re the person who keeps everyone connected and informed.
- Champion Safety and Professional Standards - Model safe work practices and ensure administrative processes align with company expectations and compliance requirements.

- Minimum 3+ Years of Office Experience – Proven success in busy administrative or operations environments
- Industry Experience is an Asset – Background in field service, industrial, or construction environments is valued
- Systems Knowledge Preferred – Experience with purchasing, warehousing, accounting systems, or Syspro is an asset
- Education & Experience Considered – Office administration, business, accounting, or equivalent practical experience welcomed
- Note: Candidates advancing will be asked to provide a Certificate of Conduct and Driver’s Abstract.
