As an Operations Team Member, you'll play an essential role in our daily operations by:

• Preparing pets (cremations) and memorial products with exceptional care and attention to detail
• Operating specialized equipment safely and efficiently
• Creating personalized memorial items, including urns, paw prints, and keepsakes
• Packaging and preparing memorial products for return to veterinary partners and families
• Maintaining accurate documentation and quality standards
• Supporting a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Working collaboratively with your teammates to ensure every family receives exceptional service

Experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, production, logistics, assembly, shipping and receiving, or skilled trades is considered an asset, but we're happy to train individuals with the right attitude and work ethic.
