Software Inside Sales Representative (General Publishers) We are searching for an exceptional Software Inside Sales Professional to support current and future customers. As part of the Compugen team, you will be working with many skilled and focused team members, that will benefit and help you in furthering your knowledge and experience with publisher/vendor Licensing and grow within the organization. Responsibilities Understand publisher programs and offerings and continually increase knowledge of the specified publisher groups (e.g. Adobe, Sophos, Solarwinds, etc...)Function in a Customer Service Representative capacity providing ongoing support and administrative assistance to the Sales Account Representative and Compugen customersDirect contact with the customer and ensures they have a high level of confidence in our ability to satisfy their requirements and expectationsIf required, attend customer calls to gain trust and confidence in Compugen and specifically the sales teamProactively own and manage renewals effectively within your region and publisher set before the renewal contracts expire using the tools providedSupply quotes to customers in a timely and effective mannerCheck purchase orders for accuracy against the quote and/or standards before processing the orderEnsure that orders are expertly expedited through the system and process in a timely mannerLiaise with Administrative, Technical, and Operation departments in order to provide expedited order flow and successful resolution of customer demandsResolve any order related problems using tenacity, persistence, and a high level of tactfulnessMaintain and develop a high level of knowledge of new technology and Compugen’s product and solution offeringsAssist and support the sales team and customers on licensing sales opportunities, including new licenses, upgrades, co-terming and renewalsProactively act as a backup and support to other team members when required to ensure Compugen maintains the highest level of customer experience and excellence Skills and qualifications, you’ll bring: Publisher/Vendor certifications is a bonus/desired (e.g. Adobe, Sophos, SolarWinds, etc...)Strong knowledge of publisher/vendor licensing programs, portals, processes Post secondary educationProven customer service skills, sense of urgency, and good decision-making skillsProven self-reliance and resourcefulnessMust possess strong attention to detail Remain calm and positive under pressureAbility to service customer accounts with quality, timeliness, and professionalismExcels in effective and positive communication both written and verballyAbility to work and facilitate in a team environmentAbility to organize, prioritize and multitaskAbility to conduct research and exercise good business judgmentAbility to determine problem areas and recommend solutions What you’ll love about us: Every day, over 1500 dedicated employees across Canada focus on providing exceptional customer service and support experiences to private and public sector organizations.
