Titre du poste : Gestionnaire de Conformité Qualité

Hybride - 3 jours par semaine sur site - Mirabel

CapGemini Engineering est à la recherche d’un(e) Gestionnaire de Conformité Qualité avec 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine aéronautique.


Le/la gestionnaire de conformité qualité soutient les activités de fabrication et de chaîne d’approvisionnement en veillant au respect des normes de qualité, des exigences d’ingénierie et des obligations réglementaires. Le rôle se concentre principalement sur les activités d’Inspection de Premier Article (FAI) et de Comité de Révision des Matériaux (MRB), agissant comme un interlocuteur clé entre la qualité, l’ingénierie, la production et les fournisseurs.

Responsabilités principales:


FAI (Inspection de Premier Article):
• Préparer, examiner et valider les dossiers FAI conformément aux exigences AS9102
• Assurer la traçabilité complète des matériaux, des pièces et des procédés spéciaux
• Coordonner avec la production, l’ingénierie et les fournisseurs pour résoudre les écarts FAI
• Soutenir l’acceptation FAI avec les équipes internes d’Airbus et/ou les clients

Long Description

MRB (Comité de Révision des Matériaux):
• Analyser les non-conformités et écarts détectés lors de la fabrication ou de l’inspection
• Participer ou soutenir les comités MRB et préparer les évaluations techniques qualité
• Veiller à ce que les dispositions MRB (utilisation en l’état, réparation, retouche, rebut) soient conformes aux exigences Airbus
• Suivre les actions correctives et assurer leur clôture adéquate

Qualité & Conformité:
• Assurer la conformité aux normes qualité, procédures et réglementations applicables d’Airbus
• Soutenir les analyses de causes racines et les actions d’amélioration continue
• Contribuer au suivi et au rapport de la performance qualité

Profil & Qualifications:
• 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle qualité en environnement industriel
• Bonne compréhension des processus FAI, MRB et de la gestion des non-conformités
• Connaissance des normes aéronautiques (AS9100 / AS9102) est un atout important
• Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires en français et en anglais

Title : Quality Compliance Control Manager

Hybrid - 3 days a week in Mirabel

CapGemini Engineering are looking for a Quality Compliance Control Manager with 2-3 years’ experience in the Aerospace domain.

The quality compliance manager supports manufacturing and supply chain activities by ensuring compliance with quality standards, engineering requirements, and regulatory obligations. The role focuses mainly on First Article Inspection (FAI) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities, acting as a key interface between quality, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

FAI (First Article Inspection):

  • Prepare, review, and validate FAI packages in compliance with AS9102 requirements
  • Ensure full traceability of materials, parts, and special processes
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to resolve FAI discrepancies
  • Support FAI acceptance with Airbus internal teams and/or customers
Long Description

MRB (Material Review Board):

  • Analyze non-conformities and deviations detected during manufacturing or inspection
  • Support or participate in MRB boards and prepare technical quality assessments
  • Ensure MRB dispositions (use-as-is, repair, rework, scrap) are compliant with Airbus requirements
  • Track corrective actions and ensure proper closure

Quality & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with Airbus quality standards, procedures, and applicable regulations
  • Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions
  • Contribute to quality performance monitoring and reporting

Long Description

Profile & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a quality role within an industrial environment
  • Good understanding of FAI, MRB, and non-conformance management
  • Knowledge of aerospace standards (AS9100 / AS9102) is a strong asset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams in French and English

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 75k to 93k based on years of experience.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
