Vehicle Management Specialist

The Vehicle Management Specialist reports directly to the Controller.

The Vehicle Management Accounting Specialist prepares and processes all vehicle purchases and invoicing, including posting vehicles electronically and paying out liability to our banks. The successful candidate is responsible for the vehicle accounts receivables involving manufacturer programs, insurance receivables and finance reserves and plays an integral role in the day-to-day vehicle management through inventory reconciliation.


Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced accounting environment is required

• Accounting experience is highly preferred

• Comfortable working with computer applications such as Excel and CDK

• Positive attitude with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction

• Thrive in a collaborative environment where team support is encouraged. Ability to work well with others within the accounting department, as well as within the dealerships

• A commitment to learning and professional development

• Proven ability to apply critical thinking in all problem-solving situations

• Exceptional communication skills (in person, on the phone, email, written)

• High attention to detail, proven time management and organizational skills

• Valid driver's license and transportation to work are required
