** 14- MONTH TERM **
Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the General Sales Manager.
Job Summary: This position requires a person with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will work directly with the Sales Manager with the ability to multi task and interact with customers and team members with courtesy and efficiency. Duties also include managing vehicle inventory, inputting wholesale data and used car inventory online and file organization.
Shift Details: Monday to Friday
Qualifications:
• Previous administration experience would be considered an asset
• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Comfortable utilizing computer software to perform everyday activities, including Microsoft Excel, Word
• Valid Class 5F drivers license, clear drivers abstract and own transportation to and from work is required
