Full-Time, TERM Summer Internship Position

Start date: May (Flexible), End Date: End of August

The Professional Intern - Marketing will support ongoing initiatives for Stephenson Equipment. The successful candidate will support in all areas of marketing with a focus on customer engagement. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to impact dealership success and will expose the candidate to real-world marketing initiatives.

Project Opportunities:

• Learn various sales tools such as CRM, email marketing, and Google Analytics

• Analyze various aspects of marketing tactics to determine which provide the greatest ROI

• Social media audit of business strategy, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Recommend areas of improvement and opportunities to engage our customers

• Event management support as required

• Support digital marketing initiatives, including Website conversion, Workflow Analysis, and Social Media

Qualifications:

• Pursuing marketing/content creation/business in post-secondary education

• Positive attitude with a demonstrated commitment to brand development

• Thrive in a collaborative environment where team support is encouraged

• Proven success using social media to enhance brand awareness

• A commitment to learning and professional development

• Comfortable leveraging technology for most day-to-day functions

• Genuine interest in having fun every day
