Lot Manager - Pointe East

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager at BFR

Job Summary:

The Lot Manager provides support to the Regent Avenue Dealerships by contributing to the management of all offsite dealership inventory at the Pointe East location. The successful candidate will lead a team of Lot Attendants by providing insight and guidance to the general lot and inventory requirements that include delivery inspections, vehicle stock in, vehicle photos, lot organization / management and focusing on enhancing customer experience. The Lot Manager position comes with an expectation that the incumbent should have the ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications:

• Trustworthy, reliable and hardworking

• Valid driver’s license, clean drivers record

• Previous Lot Attendant experience and ability to drive a 5-speed is an asset

• Thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork is supported

• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills

• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Own transportation to and from work
