Description
Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial gasses and supplies, is looking for an experienced and customer service oriented Inside Sales Representative for their branch in Saskatoon. Reporting to the Store Manager, this individual will be responsible for processing counter sales and organizing the stockroom.
Tasks:
- Accurately process purchase orders.
- Provide excellent customer service to contractors.
- Liase with customers and provide status of regarding current orders.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Provide quotes and estimates of bills.
- Receive merchandise and stock them in the appropriate spaces.
- Organize inventory in categories and enter data into company ERP.
- Safely use forklift to load outbound shipments and follow up on the status until arrival at customer location.
- Performing any other related tasks.

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Computer literacy; ability to use all standard office software.
- Valid forklift license; minimum 6 months experience of sit-down counterbalance.
Ideal candidate:
- Outgoing personality; able to connect with people.
- Organized and spatially aware; able to categorize items reasonably.
- Interested in industrial supplies; willing to learn about different products.
Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm (1 hour lunch).
Status: Temporary to Permanent.
