  • Prepare and oversee applications and supporting documentation

  • Coordinate matters with government authorities, applicants, and employers

  • Supervise and mentor caseworkers and junior team members

  • Contribute to process improvements and efficient service delivery

  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values flexibility, sustainable workload management, and quality

  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the practice

  • Embrace technology and innovation to enhance service delivery

Your experience and education

  • Member in good standing of a Canadian Bar

  • 3+ years of Canadian immigration experience, particularly in business/economic immigration

  • Exposure to US immigration is an asset

  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills

  • Ability to manage files independently and work directly with clients

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities

  • Strong work ethic, accountability, and commitment to high-quality client service

The expected salary range for this role is $112,000 to $162,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
