Your Opportunity
The OneSource CRM team at BDO Canada is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative CRM Coordinator to provide parental leave coverage for one of our key team members. This role is instrumental in supporting CRM governance, data quality, and user enablement across BDO’s national practice.
You will contribute to initiatives that drive CRM accuracy, streamline user workflows, and reinforce process across our integrated systems. This position reports to the CRM Manager and works closely with team leads on data governance, user support, training and AssistMe ticket resolution.
This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who excels in structured thinking, attention to detail, and cross-team communication, particularly in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Data Quality & Governance- Support enforcement and tracking of CRM data quality rules.
- Maintain cleanup trackers and contribute to scenario-based resolution planning
- Assist in user guidance, and data escalation processes
- Monitor and triage incoming CRM AssistMe tickets.
- Support communication with users, escalating tickets where needed and tracking repeat issues
- Collaborate with the CRM team to identify governance trends and workflow improvements
- Respond to user questions and AssistMe tickets related to CRM navigation, fields, stakeholder roles, and general usage
- Promote CRM best practices and proper data entry techniques across the CRM platform.
- Provide tailored guidance for creating and maintaining custom CRM views
- Support users through documentation and process explanations

Your Experience and Education
Experience & Skills- 2-4 years in a CRM, operations, or systems support role (experience in a professional services firm preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or comparable platforms)
- Comfort navigating systems like Workday, AssistMe, and WalkMe is a strong asset
- Strong attention to detail, especially with data entry and validation
- Highly organized, reliable, and process-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to escalate appropriately
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating with national teams
- Team-first attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-evolving system environment
- French language proficiency
- Experience managing system tickets, writing user documentation, or coordinating cross-functional projects
Salary: $50,000 - 62,000.
