The division also provides IM/IT resource planning, decision-making, project and issues management, security and privacy functions, and desktop support. Our guiding principle is to promote a service delivery culture that is respectful, fosters positive relationships, and promotes creative problem solving with all our staff and partners in the Social Sector. The Team Lead is a people leader role responsible for ensuring the health of the team and ticket management system(s) while delivering service excellence to clients. Other responsibilities include working with stakeholders across multiple areas to resolve problems to minimize user impact (downtime and costs), drafting communication for IT service impacts and changes to all users, providing advice to senior staff and leading multiple project teams. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in a business or technology field, and a minimum of two (2) years *related experience in each area outlined, OR Diploma in a business or technology field, and a minimum of three (3) years *related experience in each area outlined, OR A combination of *related experience in each area outlined and related education may be considered. *Related experience must include: Experience in supervising staff including developing and evaluating employee performance, coaching, team building and mentoring. Experience analyzing and improving operational processes. Experience establishing collaborative relationships with others. Experience leading organizational change. Experience with the allocation of staff resources. Preference may be given to those with: Experience leading and supervising a team of fifteen (15) or more staff. Experience working in the social sector and/or supporting applications or business processes in the social sector. Two (2) or more year experience leading and resolving complex staff and/or client issues. Willingness Statement: Must be willing to travel occasionally within the province.
