You work with the team responsible for performing various reconciliations related to Capital Markets activities, ensuring data integrity across transactional and accounting systems, and collaborating on the development and implementation of new processes-all while contributing to the success and transformation of the CMO team.
Your Role
- Manage a team of 10-15 professionals responsible for delivering reconciliation for Capital Market and Wealth Management activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders (Front Office, Compliance, Risk Management, IT, etc.)
- Develop, implement and evolve controls and tools to achieve high quality standards and minimize operational risks
- Support team development through personalized coaching
- Streamline and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency
- Contribute to the sector’s transformation by participating in process implementation

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years of related experience
- Experience in team management and stakeholder coordination
- In-depth knowledge of capital markets operational processes
- Organizational capacity in managing daily activities and the impact of projects
- Recognized leadership in change management
- Expertise in process improvement and automation
