A career as an assistant in the Wealth Management team at National Bank is a job where your ability to work in synergy with clients and your colleagues is highlighted. In this role, you help wealth management advisors stand out by providing exceptional client service to have a positive long-term impact on our clients.

Your job:

  • Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders (customers, advisors, and various employees).
  • Provide superior customer service, in person, over the phone and via email.
  • Carry out analysis of client accounts with a view to activities related to the development of the business of wealth management advisors.
  • Carefully carry out operations related to investment accounts.
  • Open customer files and keep them up to date.
  • Coordinate the advisors' schedules, make appointments and prepare meetings with clients.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management rules are respected.

Your team:

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment brokerage firm in Canada. We have nearly 1,000 investment advisors managing the assets of more than 400,000 clients in approximately 100 branches. Reporting to regional management, you will partner with a wealth management advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience. Collaboration and partnership will be the keys to your success.

Prerequisites:

  • College diploma completed in a field related to the sector of activity
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a relevant field such as banking, customer service or in an administrative role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Sense of organization and priority management
