As a member of the Canadian sales team, the incumbent supports our clients strategic plan and contributes to the achievement of the Canadian business plan by solidifying long-term Vision customer relationships, focusing on understanding and meeting customer needs.

Reporting to the VP of Global Sales, you will be driven to meet and exceed sales and profit targets, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure executional excellence.

This is a home based sales role where you'll be expected to be on the road 4 days out of 5, managing accounts across the 4 Atlantic Provinces. You'll be ideally based in New Brunswick or Nova Scotia and be comfortable with some overnight stays within territory.

Role:

  • Achieve territory sales targets for all products, systems and services
  • Understand both current and potential business and develop territory plans that align with the Canadian business plan to approach the market
  • Develop and update customer engagement plans, territory business plans and quarterly reports
  • Update and maintain customer profiles in sales management database
  • Put forth superior product management knowledge and service-related to our clients products and systems
  • Provide ongoing customer support throughout the sales cycle
  • Review, report and act on competitive activity and changing market conditions
  • Proactively present new ideas and solutions to customers to enhance the business
  • Remain current on company products, competition, and industry trends
  • Incorporate the techniques introduced through sales trainings to continuously enhance skills and performance
  • Attend all training sessions, sales meetings, as well as scheduled Atlantic-based, and international trade shows, as required
  • Conduct in-service trainings, deliver education, and promote products to Atlantic-based customers
