Reporting to the Head of Finance. Responsibilities include: Analyzing store performance; Reviewing monthly warehouse KPI analysis; Reviewing the monthly marketing analysis; Manage monthly P&L variance analysis; Perform financial and cost analysis in support of financial goals; Analyze business cash needs; Participate in the audit process; Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast; Support the Head of Finance with ad hoc requests and be a financial partner for the different departments. WHAT YOULL NEED: Bachelors degree of Commerce (major Accounting); Professional Certification (CPA). 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Retail or Consumer goods industry; Bilingual (English and French); Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Excel), PowerPoint and other MS Office products; Solid presentation, reporting and communication skills; Critical thinker; Detail oriented.
