Your registration should include a complete portfolio on Apply to Education, which must consist of the following documentation:

Resume/Curriculum Vitae;

University Transcripts and Diplomas (i.e., B.A., B.Ed.);

Pastoral Reference

Two current Professional Reference Letters (experienced Teachers); OR

Practice Teaching Reports (new grads only);

QECO Statement of Evaluation - Program 5 (if available);

Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Qualification; OR

OCT Transitional Certificate (if certification is pending, please indicate);

Applications sent directly to the schools or to Human Resources will NOT be considered.

It is imperative that all NEW applicants to the Board submit an ORIGINAL current, satisfactory Vulnerable Screening Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of employment.
