Description
This is a full-time temporary contract position replacing maternity leave. Duties are to commence on August 26, 2024 and the contract will terminate on April 29, 2025.
Individuals exhibiting the following education, characteristics or interests are encouraged to apply:
Bachelor of Education
Ability to teach Junior High School Social Studies and other subject assigned by the principal
Focus on high quality, student-centered learning
Ability to collaborate with colleagues and to exercise servant leadership
Willing to be involved in extra-curricular activities (coaching or clubs) would be an asset
Able to serve and live as an example of Jesus Christ to all
Applicants with a St. Joseph's College (U of A) Certificate in Catholic Education is an asset
