Technical & strategic expertise

  • Lead complex actuarial work and non‑routine engagements (e.g., risk transfer, longevity, design, merger & acquisitions, financial reporting)
  • Ensure technical quality and commercial relevance of all deliverables
  • Present recommendations to senior executives, boards, committees and other key decision makers

Business development & growth

  • Find opportunities to expand client relationships, broaden service scope and build Aon’s intellectual capital
  • Lead and contribute to proposals, finalist presentations, client growth strategies, market thought leadership initiatives and the continued growth of Aon’s presence in Western Canada

Leadership & team management

  • Lead and coordinate high-performing multidisciplinary teams
  • Supervise, develop and mentor junior colleagues to develop our future leaders
