This role is your chance to make a meaningful impact. You’ll be at the heart of execution—leading projects that matter, turning ideas into action, and seeing the results of your work reflected in client success and business growth. In this position, you’ll take ownership of delivery, set priorities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life. If you’re ready for a role where you can drive outcomes, shape success, and grow through hands-on leadership, this is the opportunity for you.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare system, pharmacy benefits, and the pharmacist’s role at national level.
  • Ability to understand, compare, and explain carrier pharmacy offerings and benefit designs.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical and benefit structures into clear messages for non‑clinical stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; confident public speaker and presenter.
  • French / English bilingualism preferred due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally
  • Ability to influence without formal line management; strong collaboration and project‑working skills.
  • High level of professional integrity, rigour, and ethical standards.
