Vice-Principal – New K-8 School (5-Year Term)

The Vice-Principal will promote optimum learning for all students through:

Instructional Leadership

• Supporting effective teaching practices
• Guiding curriculum implementation
• Encouraging professional learning and growth

• Fostering a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment
• Promoting student engagement and well-being

• Using data and assessment practices to support student achievement
• Collaborating with staff to inform instructional decisions

• Contributing to school-wide goal setting
• Supporting continuous school improvement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current résumé
• Valid New Brunswick Teacher's Certificate
• New Brunswick Principal's Certificate or proof of working toward certification
• Continuing Contract with the Province of New Brunswick
• Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience
• Proven leadership ability
• Two professional references
