Reporting to the Global Manager, Asset Management Transformation & PMO, you will serve as the custodian of Asset Management governance structures, Global Process Owner documentation, maturity assessment methodologies, organizational learning processes and the Asset Management Body of Knowledge. You will help ensure that governance processes are effective, knowledge is retained and accessible, maturity is measured, and organizational learning is systematically embedded across the enterprise.

· Develop and maintain Asset Management governance frameworks, standards, operating models, the Global Asset Management Process Architecture and the process hierarchy framework.

· Govern process documentation and changes, including those arising from ERP transformation initiatives, ensuring that processes are linked to owners, standards, KPIs, systems and Asset Management Body of Knowledge content.

· Build and evolve the Asset Management Body of Knowledge by governing the creation, validation, lifecycle, quality and accessibility of standards, procedures, playbooks, frameworks and implementation guidance.

· Coordinate assurance processes, compliance reviews, health checks and maturity assessments, while tracking improvement actions and supporting the development and prioritization of maturity roadmaps.

· Facilitate the capture, validation and sharing of best practices and lessons learned across regions, sites, communities of practice and subject matter experts, converting learning into standards, tools, procedures and knowledge assets.

· Monitor and benchmark developments in recognized Asset Management standards and leading practices, including ISO 55000, GFMAM and IAM, to maintain framework alignment and identify improvement opportunities.

· Relevant education: a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Business, Operations or a related discipline, providing the foundation to understand the systems and processes within the role’s scope.

· Extensive experience: eight or more years in Asset Management, governance, operational excellence, reliability or engineering, enabling you to work independently in a global environment.

· Governance expertise: experience developing governance frameworks, standards and management systems, as well as conducting maturity assessments, management system reviews or governance audits.

· Knowledge of recognized frameworks: strong understanding of ISO 55000, GFMAM and Asset Management maturity models, supported by experience benchmarking and applying industry-leading practices.

· Knowledge management capability: experience developing lessons learned and knowledge management programs, with the ability to communicate clearly, collaborate with varied stakeholders and turn information into practical, accessible content.

· Safety and execution mindset: demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and risk awareness, together with accountability, sound prioritization, decisive action and effective execution in an inclusive and collaborative environment.
