Working collaboratively with developmental pediatricians, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, nurses, psychometrists, and education consultants, you will help families find clarity, direction, and support throughout their diagnostic journey. Your role will include profiling verbal and nonverbal communication and social interaction using a range of psychometric tools. Training and mentorship are available for specialized assessments and approaches. Additional responsibilities may include facilitating parent education groups, participating in case and family conferences, contributing to program development, and supporting professional education initiatives. CDS is committed to inclusive, culturally responsive care that promotes emotional safety and belonging for all families.
