In this specialized role, you’ll lead a team of Physiotherapists working in outpatient urogynecology and chronic pelvic pain programs, supporting women with complex pelvic floor conditions. This position is part of a truly multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and exercise therapists to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. You’ll oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and drive quality improvement initiatives that enhance outcomes and service delivery. As a senior rehabilitation therapist, you’ll also take on responsibilities such as staff supervision, scheduling, and program development, while actively participating in clinical teaching and research. If you’re passionate about women’s health, pelvic rehabilitation, and leading skilled teams in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply and help shape the future of urotherapy care at the Lois Hole Hospital for Women.
As a Physiotherapist II, you will provide coordination of physiotherapy and other allied health clinical services. You will provide supervision of students and team members as assigned. You will make decisions on staffing level requirements, workflow, caseload priorities in collaboration with managers and other healthcare providers. AHS is dedicated to supporting our Physiotherapists in their practice area and expanding their skillsets regardless of location.
