Nuclear Medicine Tech I

A unique opportunity to work in a newly renovated Nuclear Imaging department at Chinook Regional Hospital. This position services patients requiring diverse nuclear imaging examinations including cardiac, lung and bone scans.

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) I, you will be responsible for performing a variety of nuclear medicine procedures for the diagnosis and tracking of disease and pathology. As a NMT I, you will perform Nuclear Medicine procedures as described in the department procedure manual using a wide range of equipment such as gamma cameras, computers, ECG monitors, cardiac stress equipment, and radiation safety devices.

Completion of diploma from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMT) Program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic & Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT).

IV certification. CPR.
