The successful incumbent will assist Property Managers in managing the day-to-day operation of AHS owned and leased properties with established maintenance, operational and quality standards. This consists of coordinating service calls with external contractors and AHS user groups at various non-acute sites. Regular client follow-ups are conducted to ensure compliance, client satisfaction and asset integrity to provide a high level of customer service.

As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Some post-secondary education.

High School Diploma. Office Assistant or other college-level administrative diploma or certificate is an asset. Microsoft Office and use of computers in general. Proofreading and typing skills. Experience in Real Estate and/or Property Management is required. Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical terminology as well as Legislative Requirements related to commercial buildings is required. Experience working in customer service in an administrative capacity. Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary. Ability to work independently with minimal direction is important.
