Description
This role provides administrative support to the Acute Care and Emergency Site Manager at Hanna Health Centre. Responsibilities include managing a wide range of tasks for the manager and serving as a resource for all facility departments. Key duties involve collecting and preparing data, liaising with stakeholders, organizing and prioritizing requests, and supporting programs, activities, and committees with agendas, minutes, and follow-up. The position requires discretion, confidentiality, strong communication skills, and independent judgment. As an Administrative Support IV, you will coordinate schedules and resources, prepare business documents, manage payroll and recruitment, resolve operational issues, track inventory, and complete reporting requirements. Flexibility, initiative, and a high standard of professionalism are essential.
As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
Some post-secondary education.
As Required.
1-year experience with Connect Care, RMS, ESP/WFM, Timekeeping/Payroll. 3 years’ experience providing administrative support in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of UNA and AUPE-ANC collective agreements preferred.
