The Allied Health Administration Team is seeking an individual who works well within a busy team environment. This casual position would involve assisting with referral management and appointment bookings for both our rural and urban Allied Health programs (occupational therapy, physical therapy, recreation therapy) within Connect Care, supply ordering, and other general office duties. The successful candidate(s) will be self-motivated, personable, learning and quality focused with a knack for working in a dynamic team environment. As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Must have certificate or diploma in Office Administration &/or Medical Office Assistant. Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Excellent communication and customer service oriented skills.

Connect Care Schegistrar with Referrals Subrole. Knowledge of therapy services listed in the Opportunities section; previous experience supporting these services would be considered an asset.
